FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

QUESTIONS: How long is a typical driving lesson?

Answer: Our standard driving lessons are one hour long, but we can arrange longer sessions or intensive courses based on your needs and preferences. However we do not recommend you take a driving lesson of more than 2hrs as concentration starts to waver after this time and thus learning decreases. We would recommend you take atleast a 10 minute break every hour whilst you are learning to drive. This way you can rest, reflect and absorb what you have learnt.

GET READY TO PASS YOUR DRIVING TEST

Here at Your Surrey Driving School if there was one thing we would recommend you do, to help pass your driving test at the first attempt, it is to take a mock driving test under mock driving test conditions with an unfamiliar instructor who acts as your examiner.

If you suffer from driving test nerves there are some simple steps that can help reduce those driving test butterflies and ensure you are more likey to pass your driving test the first time.

We recommend you visit the governments Ready to Pass Campaign's useful and helpful driving test tips page to learn more about what you need to pass your driving test.

Taking a mock driving test with another driving school or driving instructor under mock test conditions is a sure fire way to help with nerves and first time passess in Surrey.
